Opening Hours

Open 7 days a week, Lou Louā€™s guests will enjoy plenty of individual love and attention. Reception is open 10am-4pm weekdays and 10am-3pm weekends for drop offs, pick ups and inspections. After hours appointments are available.

There are no complicated price structures at Lou Louā€™s. No minimum stays, peak charges or extra costs for administering medications, play time or brushing. Boarding fees are charged per night, which means you do not pay for the day you pick up your pets.

Health & Wellbeing First

The health and well being of all our guests is our top priority. Therefore, all of Lou Louā€™s guests are treated to a premium and fresh diet during their holiday, as well as the occasional treat. Facilities are kept hygienically clean using hospital-grade disinfectant and F10 veterinary standard cleaner. Access to veterinary care is available 24 hours a day and Lou Louā€™s work closely with The Croydon Veterinary Clinic.
